ETQ Reliance QMS Functional Analyst, Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional and application support to users.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ETQ Reliance QMS.

• Manage and set up the ETQ Reliance platform.

• Customize workflows based on business requirements.

• Collect and evaluate business needs.

• Create, implement, and verify tests.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Assist in ongoing improvement initiatives related to the platform.

• Help maintain application stability and ensure alignment with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS).

• Background in functional support and/or corporate application assistance.

• Familiarity with workflow setup and administration of the ETQ Reliance platform.

• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

• Experience in preparing, executing, and validating tests.

• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Advanced or fluent English for communication with global teams.

• Resume must be provided in English.

• Preferred: experience in automated testing and regression testing.

• Preferred: knowledge of Jenkins job monitoring.

• Preferred: background in regulated environments and quality management systems.

• Preferred: familiarity with Quality Management, CAPA, Document Control, and Compliance processes.

• Preferred: excellent communication and relationship management skills with business stakeholders.
