Senior .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET/C# systems with a focus on high-performance APIs, code quality, and robust architectural practices.

• Act as the .NET technical authority within the team, providing support for architectural decisions.

• Collaborate on various projects and initiatives based on business priorities.

• Design and implement distributed, resilient, and scalable solutions utilizing messaging and Redis.

• Optimize and fine-tune relational databases.

• Work with containers, orchestration tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure quality of delivery through automated testing, observability, and adherence to information security protocols.

• Leverage AI tools during development, reviewing and validating their outputs.

• Maintain communication with the team, leadership, and other departments, managing initiatives independently.

• Suggest alternative solutions and approaches to challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in modern C#, asynchronous programming, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, CQRS, and high-performance API development.

• Experience with asynchronous systems and message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and automating CI/CD processes.

• Skilled in database modeling, optimization, and tuning with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

• Familiarity with implementing caching strategies using Redis.

• Capability to design fault-tolerant distributed systems.

• Knowledgeable in observability, information security measures, and automated testing practices.
