Senior .NET AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop backend/platform components utilizing .NET (C#) and a microservices architecture.

• Establish and sustain scalable APIs and backend services for enterprise-level applications.

• Contribute to the overall platform design, incorporating event-driven and event sourcing methodologies.

• Integrate AI functionalities into application workflows and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes using suitable AI tools and frameworks.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and improve code quality.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed AI features into core backend systems.

• Execute system integration, performance enhancement, and backend observability tasks.

• Engage in design discussions, troubleshooting, and system improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend/full-stack development with a strong emphasis on .NET (C#).

• Extensive experience in developing microservices and REST APIs.

• Strong comprehension of event-driven architecture; familiarity with event sourcing is advantageous.

• Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, particularly Azure is preferred.

• Exposure to incorporating AI capabilities into applications or development workflows.

• Proficient programming skills in C#; knowledge of Python or TypeScript is a plus.

• Background in SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
