Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist – YouTube, Podcast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and expansion of podcast and YouTube presence

• Lead a comprehensive content strategy across platforms that enhances engagement and audience growth

• Coordinate and manage the podcast production process—from guest scheduling to post-recording transitions

• Create and implement a video-centric strategy to increase YouTube reach, viewer retention, and subscriber numbers

• Direct the repurposing of content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Collaborate with design and editing teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery

• Produce marketing and visual materials using Canva, Adobe, or CapCut that align with brand identity

• Write and distribute newsletters, blog articles, and resource content that support product objectives

• Enhance all online media for search optimization and discoverability

• Monitor performance through HubSpot, YouTube Studio, and analytics tools, making adjustments as necessary

• Foster audience engagement and retention across video and podcast platforms

• Assist customer marketing by creating onboarding and tutorial content

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, podcasting, or video-first marketing

• Proven track record of growing YouTube and podcast audiences through analytics and experimental approaches

• Proficient in adapting long-form content across various formats

• Knowledge of SEO, YouTube analytics, and social media platform dynamics

• Practical experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and WordPress

• A strategic thinker who balances creative instincts with a focus on performance

• Strong project management and communication skills in a remote work setting

• Availability in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone is crucial for live coordination, team collaboration, and event participation.
