Senior Multimedia Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Brand Development: encompassing logo creation, expression of brand identity, and the development of brand guidelines.

• Video editing and animation: crafting walk-through videos, promotional content, character animations, and more.

• Production of static images suitable for various platforms.

• Graphic design: designing banners, infographics, and brochures.

• Illustration and creative initiatives: creating storyboards, engaging narratives, and innovative concepts.

• Oversee multiple projects with varying strategies and visual styles.

• Foster effective teamwork and communication.

• Collaborate with team members, designers, and product managers to grasp requirements and turn them into impactful design solutions.

• Remain informed about the latest trends in branding, video editing, and design technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia design.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Background in branding, including logo creation, brand development, and brand guideline creation.

• Proficient in motion graphics and video editing (including character animations and promotional videos).

• Capability to produce high-quality still images, infographics, and digital content for a variety of platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of storytelling, illustration, and creative ideation for visual projects.

• Experience collaborating on cross-disciplinary teams and facilitating communication across various departments.

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles for effective visual communication.

• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to different design aesthetics and project strategies.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

• Proficient in design software with a quick adaptation to new technologies.
