Senior Mortgage Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to comprehend their financial goals and assist them throughout the mortgage application process with meticulous attention to detail.

• Evaluate clients' financial situations, including income, credit history, and debt responsibilities, to assess eligibility and suggest appropriate loan options.

• Inform clients about the various loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they can make well-informed decisions aligned with their long-term financial objectives.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to accelerate loan processing and guarantee timely closings.

• Uphold confidentiality and security of client information at all times, conforming to stringent privacy policies and regulatory mandates.

• Build enduring relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and ongoing support throughout the loan lifecycle.

• Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates to offer precise and current guidance to clients.

• Engage in business development efforts, networking functions, and community activities to boost visibility and create new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Loan Originator or Mortgage Loan Officer, with a proven history of successfully closing loans.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance standards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach to service delivery.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools is preferred.

• NMLS licensing as required.
