Senior Monitoring Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute hands-on configuration, deployment, tuning, and maintenance of monitoring solutions.

• Create dashboards, alerts, and automation utilizing Splunk SOAR/Ansible, along with establishing event management workflows.

• Assist in integration testing and the rollout of production activities.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to convert monitoring requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve platform issues to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability.

• Record configurations, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in configuring and supporting enterprise monitoring tools within secured environments.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient understanding of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and CMDB integration.

• Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities across monitoring, alerting, and telemetry pipelines.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a secured, enterprise setting with minimal supervision.
