Monitoring Platform Engineer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute monitoring use cases under the guidance of senior staff.

• Provide assistance with data onboarding, alert setup, incident workflow alignment, and documentation revisions.

• Engage in troubleshooting and operational support tasks.

• Aid in the configuration and optimization of dashboards, alerts, and monitoring rules under senior supervision.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage for all supported systems.

• Identify and escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate ITSM channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting monitoring or infrastructure management solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Fundamental understanding of enterprise monitoring or observability tools, such as Splunk, DataDog, AppDynamics, or similar.

• Strong attention to detail and a readiness to learn platform-specific tools and processes.

• Proficient written communication skills for effective documentation and status updates.

• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring platforms and incident management workflows is a plus.
