This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee mid- to large-scale client projects from initiation to completion by defining scope, organizing tasks, setting expectations, tracking progress, and acting as the main technical liaison.
• Take ownership of delivery results and proactively identify risks, dependencies, decisions, and modifications.
• Conduct organized discovery and technical conversations with client stakeholders.
• Convey risks, dependencies, technical choices, and solution alternatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess feasibility and convert business goals into traceable delivery requirements.
• Contribute to solution architecture and develop deployment strategies.
• Create secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions encompassing identity, endpoint management, collaboration, data protection, and productivity workloads.
• Design and enforce identity, endpoint, and data protection measures.
• Implement controls and safe-use practices that are compatible with Copilot.
• Standardize Intune and Windows 365 baselines, Defender configurations, and governance for collaboration.
• Utilize PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and code-as-configuration methodologies to enhance repeatability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and prevent reoccurrence through documentation and process enhancements.
• Resolve technical obstacles and guide engineers in solution design, automation, troubleshooting, and best practices for delivery.
• Lead small teams or workstreams and provide mentorship to junior personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management on estimates, assumptions, risks, and delivery planning.
• Contribute reusable runbooks, knowledge resources, reference configurations, and lessons learned to the Modern Work practice.
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services working directly with customer teams of various sizes.
• Proven track record in leading mid- to large-sized client projects or intricate workstreams from discovery to implementation, validation, handoff, and adoption.
• Demonstrated responsibility for delivery results and proactive communication regarding status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes in scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to facilitate client discussions and clarify decisions, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Capability to conduct structured requirements sessions, assess feasibility, document decisions, and maintain traceability from business goals to delivered solutions.
• Advanced expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune, Windows 365, Defender, and Purview.
• Ability to contribute to solution architecture and formulate deployment plans that align with security, scalability, operational support, and established standards.
• Proficiency in at least three Modern Work or Security solution areas, with advanced expertise in at least one area.
• Familiarity with identity, endpoint, collaboration, and data protection controls.
• Experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or similar automation methods.
• Advanced skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Background in mentoring engineers and leading small teams or technical workstreams.
• Capability to estimate tasks and workstreams while identifying delivery assumptions and risks.
• Ability to create and maintain reusable runbooks, technical documentation, reference configurations, and internal knowledge resources.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or agent-based solutions.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, MS-721, MS-700, SC-401, SC-300, SC-200, AB-620, AB-100, AB-650, AB-730, AB-731, or AZ-104.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Power Automate, Power Apps, migration and governance tools, and project or technical leadership experience.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
