Senior Mobile Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders throughout the organization to create products with robust foundations.

• Develop high-quality, comprehensive product experiences for mobile platforms utilizing Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform (native UI for iOS and Android).

• Enhance engineering standards, tools, and processes.

• Guide and grow the team to implement both immediate and strategic roadmaps.

• Make informed trade-offs that align business priorities with user experience and a sustainable technical infrastructure.

• Identify, define, and oversee substantial technical projects, establishing the groundwork for early-stage products to evolve and scale iteratively, while minimizing complexity and enhancing the reliability of existing systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to mobile development.

• Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and launching effective mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and a sharp eye for UI/UX.

• Proven experience in collaborating across engineering teams and other departments to build consensus, drive decisions, and communicate effectively.

• Background in mentoring and fostering the development of engineers and peers.
