Senior Mobile Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance features in Android applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Work collaboratively with designers and fellow developers to build efficient and scalable solutions.

• Engage in the technical design processes for solutions proposed by the team and oversee the performance of features in production (including bugs and crashes).

• Create unit and integration tests to uphold code quality.

• Ensure compatibility of the app across various device models and operating system versions.

• Assess solutions suggested by the product team and other stakeholders, taking into account technical best practices.

• Actively contribute to team ceremonies and development team activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Android development utilizing Kotlin.

• Familiarity with Android Jetpack libraries or their equivalents, such as AndroidX, Compose, Hilt, Navigation, and Room.

• Proficient with additional libraries like Firebase, Mixpanel, and Mockito.

• Understanding of high-performance architectures including Clean Architecture, MVVM, and SOLID principles.

• Experience managing version control and source management using GitHub.

• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within an agile team, employing JIRA and Kanban methodologies.
