Senior Mobile QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive quality strategy and establish long-term technical standards for projects;

• Design, validate, and enhance intricate automation frameworks and accelerators from the ground up;

• Lead the research, implementation, and governance of emerging technologies, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., LLMs and autonomous agents) to improve testing processes;

• Proactively manage, create, and advance Quality Gates, test observability, and automated workflows within complex CI/CD environments;

• Shape system architecture to guarantee testability, resilience, and exceptional reliability;

• Mentor, empower, and guide the technical growth of fellow quality engineers on the team;

• Engage directly with strategic clients, translating intricate quality engineering metrics into business value while ensuring full transparency regarding system health, evolution, and reliability for the team and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in quality processes and ensuring the reliability of highly complex systems (modeling, developing test scenarios, testing strategies, and management reporting);

• Proven track record in building and customizing mobile test automation frameworks;

• Familiarity with Appium for front-end testing and proficiency in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS);

• Strong grasp of coding best practices (Clean Code, design patterns);

• Practical experience in integrating quality routines into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) and utilizing containers (Docker);

• Experience in validating microservices APIs directly;

• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in testing engineering (data generation, creating/fixing automation scripts, or process optimization);

• Expertise in defining, tracking, and evolving quality metrics along with structuring clear, analytical test reports;

• Experience in mentoring teams and aiding the technical development of colleagues;

• Background in working directly with corporate clients and technical leadership.
