Quality Assurance Fellow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of IBEX’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Assist in the documentation and standardization of business processes.

• Aid in aligning QMS processes with ISO standards.

• Support the preparation for internal audits and monitor corrective action tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program is preferred.

• Coursework or certification in ISO 9001 is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possess strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to work independently while being open to feedback.
