Dynamics CRM QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and uphold test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on CRM modules and custom components.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to establish test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.

• Execute test cases, document issues, and validate resolutions.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Deliver precise test reporting and maintain compliance with QA best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in QA testing, with a minimum of 2 years in Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

• Understanding of CRM business processes, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for crafting automated test scripts.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
