Senior Mobile Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the design process encompassing the mobile app, website, back office, and design system.

• Lead the design discovery phase and execution from concept development and prototyping to in-depth interaction and visual design.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify issues, explore possibilities, and provide solutions that balance user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Utilize systems thinking to ensure work remains consistent and scalable while advancing the design system.

• Articulate design rationale through storytelling and data to foster alignment and propel teams forward.

• Work collaboratively across functions, take initiative, and adjust plans with an agile approach.

• Leverage AI-driven design tools to expedite exploration, prototype concepts, and consolidate insights.

• Establish the design agenda and set high standards as the leading design authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing mobile consumer products.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership and insightful problem-solving in mobile-first experiences.

• Exceptional interaction and visual design capabilities.

• Proficient in Figma and contemporary prototyping tools.

• Comfortable working across various levels of fidelity, from initial concepts to production-ready designs.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with product managers and engineers.

• Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows and ideation processes.

• Strong, empathetic communication abilities and skills in providing constructive feedback.

• Background in social, dating, community, or marketplace consumer products.
