Senior ML Ops Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of ML and LLM models in production, ensuring swift and dependable model iteration.

• Enhance the deployment process for LLMs by addressing cost, latency, and scalability challenges.

• Automate the processes for model retraining and redeployment to adapt to evolving data patterns.

• Establish and oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure for ML/LLM workloads on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Collaborate with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalable and robust model deployment.

• Implement data versioning and validation processes to uphold data integrity throughout the ML lifecycle.

• Utilize tools like MLflow for tracking experiments, managing model versions, and ensuring reproducibility.

• Document MLOps/LLMOps practices while mentoring team members on best deployment practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related field, with practical experience in deploying ML/LLM models.

• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Github Actions or Jenkins) and ML workflow tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).

• Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash) and knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform), along with experience in Git or version control systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
