Senior ML Engineer, LLMs, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop machine learning models from the ground up or enhance existing ones.

• Work in collaboration with the engineering team, data scientists, and product managers on deployment models.

• Create a roadmap for experimentation.

• Establish a reproducible experimentation environment and manage experimentation pipelines.

• Oversee and optimize the performance of ML models in production.

• Produce clear and thorough documentation for ML models, processes, and pipelines.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements in ML and AI, and suggest innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with standard machine learning algorithms and their underlying mathematics.

• Significant hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) in a production setting, RAG architecture, and agent-based systems.

• Prior experience with AWS Bedrock is highly desirable.

• Practical knowledge of addressing classification and regression tasks, including feature engineering.

• Experience with deploying ML models in a production environment.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following use cases: NLP, LLMs, and recommendation systems.

• Strong software engineering capabilities, including the ability to create well-structured modules rather than just notebook scripts.

• Proficiency in Python and Docker.

• Strong upper-intermediate level of English.
