This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deliver new application functionalities, automate workflows, and implement business process improvements that align with customer needs.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, integrations, workflows, and components of the Power Platform.
• Contribute to discussions about solution architecture and make decisions regarding technical design.
• Enhance performance, scalability, maintainability, and supportability across the application portfolio.
• Lead the technical implementation of approved change requests and enhancement projects.
• Analyze existing functionalities and suggest improvements to user experience, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Refactor and optimize existing solution components to minimize technical debt.
• Collaborate with Azure Integration Engineers on comprehensive business processes that encompass Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Support deployment and release activities utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, CI/CD enhancements, and application lifecycle management.
• Provide expert analysis and resolution for complex application issues, defects, and major incidents.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, business users, and delivery teams to comprehend requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
• Offer technical insights during roadmap discussions, enhancement planning, and service improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in developing custom plugins and integrations using C# while adhering to Microsoft best practices.
• Experience in delivering enhancements and new functionalities within enterprise application environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and contemporary ALM practices.
• Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and problem-solving expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Model-Driven Application Development and Business Process Automation.
• Understanding of the Dynamics 365 Security Model, solution design, and customization.
• Experience in C# plugin development and custom workflow activities.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and client-side customization.
• Experience in custom API development and integration design.
• Familiarity with solution layering and environment strategy.
• Proficient in source control using Git, CI/CD concepts, solution deployment, and release management.
• Skills in requirements analysis, technical design documentation, and principles of solution architecture.
• Capabilities in performance optimization, secure application design, and scalable enterprise solution development.
• Experience with Azure integration technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, App Services, and WebJobs, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in Managed Services or regulated environments is highly desirable.
