Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing implementation, stabilization, and enhancement of the enterprise CRM platform across various business divisions.

• Facilitate requirements discovery sessions with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business processes and functional needs.

• Create and sustain solution design documentation, process diagrams, and functional specifications.

• Configure and enhance entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate workflows.

• Work closely with developers, architects, and testers during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of practical experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.

• Extensive functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, including Lead and Opportunity Management.

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, conduct fit/gap analysis, and create high-quality functional documentation.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
