Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project delivery in a client-facing capacity, focusing on functional analysis, process evaluation, and enhancing business process performance.

• Work in partnership with internal teams and leadership to provide top-notch Ludia Product Solutions for our clients.

• Cooperate with the Delivery team to facilitate data migration and translation, data integration, training, custom development, and reporting.

• Conduct design review meetings with clients to showcase completed work and collect feedback for modifications.

• Create business processes, design documentation, and workflows.

• Implement functional solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CE/Sales and Project Operations aimed at boosting operational efficiency using best development practices.

• Offer community expertise on Dynamics 365 CE/Sales/Project Operations (and related) technologies through online blog posts.

• Exhibit the capability to cultivate strong working relationships with Ludia clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly in Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations.

• Knowledge of industry best practices regarding business processes, issues, and technology, especially concerning Lead-to-Cash and Project-to-Profit operations.

• Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Project Operations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to go-live and hyper-care support.

• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable D365 CE solutions.

• Extensive knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and business process automation.

• Strong understanding of Power BI, including data modeling, report/KPI creation, and deployment.

• Willingness to travel to client locations within the United States (up to 50% travel).
