This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for the client, facilitating discussions, formulating strategies, and suggesting M365 and Security solutions.

• Design, deploy, and oversee intricate hybrid Exchange environments (On-Premises + Exchange Online), managing coexistence techniques and appliance requirements throughout migrations.

• Spearhead initiatives for SharePoint 2019/SE and SharePoint Online, concentrating on information architecture, taxonomy, content types, and modern search configurations.

• Oversee hybrid identity environments utilizing Entra ID and Active Directory, in addition to managing endpoints through Microsoft Intune and deploying Microsoft Teams.

• Develop and implement security policies utilizing the Microsoft Defender Suite (Defender for Endpoint, Identity, and Office 365), Microsoft Purview, and advanced Conditional Access policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical workshops, engaging stakeholders, and providing recommendations to clients.

• A strong history of practical, hands-on implementations in complex M365 hybrid environments and the Microsoft Security Stack (beyond just theoretical or certified knowledge).

• Capability to onboard and deliver immediate value from day one without requiring internal supervision.
