Senior Meta Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop, initiate, and oversee Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) aimed at lead generation and sales.

• Perform audience research and targeting to pinpoint high-converting customer demographics.

• Design and evaluate ad creatives, copy, and landing page variations to enhance performance.

• Track campaign performance and optimize based on metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

• Apply A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives, target audiences, and placements.

• Handle advertising budgets and scale campaigns while ensuring profitability.

• Utilize analytics tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems to monitor campaign effectiveness.

• Work in conjunction with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with broader growth strategies.

• Generate performance reports and offer insights to enhance marketing results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads) campaigns.

• Demonstrated experience in paid social media marketing and performance advertising.

• Comprehensive understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

• Experience in managing lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.

• Capability to analyze campaign data and optimize for ROI and conversion rates.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics tools.

• Excellent written communication skills for crafting high-impact ad copy.

• Experience working remotely and collaborating with international teams is advantageous.
