This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Create and implement growth strategies while overseeing daily operations for a collection of franchise groups and brands.
• Involve franchisees in discussions regarding growth strategies, including store expansion on Drive, enhanced Drive utilization, and growth in net profitability.
• Present and implement Drive white-label growth initiatives to strengthen partnerships and enhance partner revenue streams.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and leads in strategy and operations within the franchise.
• Conduct business evaluations with essential decision-makers in the franchise.
• Identify franchisee requirements, prioritize them based on their business impact, and collaboratively develop solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison for any issues and take responsibility for their resolution.
• Propel Drive-related operational enhancements alongside franchisees.
• Utilize playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure franchisees receive a premium DoorDash experience.
• Address obstacles and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across functions with the Drive team to better the experiences of franchisees, store operators, and customers.
• Influence the overarching product roadmap.
• Report to a Manager on the US Franchise Sales – Restaurants team within Enterprise.
• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in working within cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience in client-facing relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience, determination, and capability to navigate challenges.
• High standards and a strong sense of accountability.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth or early-stage startups.
• Preferred: familiarity with marketplaces, operations, logistics, or unit economics.
• Preferred: proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Excel.
