This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Senior Merchant Success Manager (Sr. MSM) will become a key member of ShipBob’s expanding Merchant Success team, focusing on understanding the distinct strategic needs of each merchant and providing significant value to support their growth and success.
• Oversee a portfolio of medium-sized merchants at ShipBob.
• Establish and maintain robust partnerships by collaborating closely with our merchants to ensure their success.
• Act as an escalation point for merchants.
• Collaborate with merchants and work cross-functionally with the ShipBob team to achieve success criteria.
• Take responsibility for the outcomes of partnerships with merchants, including risk management and showcasing positive value against established success criteria.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas confidently.
• 6-12 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Merchant services within the technology/SaaS sector, managing high-revenue enterprise clients.
• Experience in handling international clients, particularly in North America, EMEA, or APAC regions.
• Strong perceptive intelligence in evaluating merchant needs and driving solutions to address those needs.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and face-to-face interactions.
• Experience in collaborating across departments to provide comprehensive solutions for merchants.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerBI is a plus.
