This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Predict sales at the individual product level (style, color, size) and consolidate them into category and brand plans.
• Convert forecasts into purchase orders, ensuring a balance between in-stock targets, cash flow, and margin.
• Initiate reorders for products that are selling faster than expected; reduce or cancel orders for those that are slow-moving.
• Oversee pre-season and in-season planning across our expanding range - including product mix, size ratios, and regional allocation.
• Provide a weekly business summary on category performance and inventory status to leadership.
• Employ modern AI tools (such as Claude and others) to enhance analysis, prototype models, and automate regular reporting.
• Develop the planning function by establishing processes and tools, going beyond just reports.
• Possess 4–7 years of experience in a data-intensive analytical role.
• Have a passion for number analysis and a keen eye for detail.
• Be comfortable with modeling in uncertain conditions - including scenarios, sensitivities, and probabilistic thinking.
• Excel in creating sophisticated models in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Display curiosity about the upstream factors influencing demand - such as creativity, paid media, and pricing, not solely the downstream inventory figures.
• Enjoy building from the ground up and do not rely on legacy systems to achieve outstanding results.
• Fully remote work opportunity.
• Defined career progression within a rapidly growing e-commerce company.
• 26 days of paid leave plus parental leave.
• Supportive, collaborative, and international team culture.
