Senior MEP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the MEP scope from the preconstruction phase through to commissioning.

• Supervise RFIs, submittals, procurement, and coordination with vendors.

• Lead reviews for constructability and engage in technical planning.

• Coordinate MEP trades while aligning schedules with field teams.

• Monitor MEP budgets, costs, and manage change orders.

• Assist in ensuring commissioning readiness and system handover.

• Collaborate with controls, field, and commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in MEP project management.

• In-depth understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.

• Proven experience in large-scale or mission-critical construction projects.

• Proficiency in construction management tools and reporting.
