This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complete ownership of projects, including conducting kickoff meetings with stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication regarding project dependencies, timelines, milestones, and progress with both internal and external customers.
• Deliver performance metrics and analysis related to service delivery to aid in cross-functional Customer Business Reviews.
• Act as the customer advocate, providing 'Voice of the Customer' feedback on projects.
• Create and sustain customer project plans aligned with contractual obligations and service designs.
• Oversee current reports and dashboards to ensure accurate weekly and quarterly forecasting, metrics, and deliverables.
• Between five to ten (5-10) years of experience in managing Telecom services projects.
• Exceptional project leadership and critical thinking abilities.
• In-depth understanding of systems and processes related to Lit and Fiber services implementation.
• Recognized as a reliable resource and trusted advisor who readily supports team members.
• Capability to identify project dependencies, manage milestones, and consistently achieve or surpass project KPIs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of systems/tools, processes, and the application of project management methodologies at both strategic and tactical levels.
