This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and oversee the activities of team members.
• Develop employee schedules and manage priorities effectively.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new personnel.
• Provide oversight and management to ensure employees fulfill their responsibilities.
• Hold meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to review project activities, timelines, and workloads as necessary.
• Support employees in achieving their responsibilities whenever required.
• Ensure that staff possess the necessary tools, training, and competencies to carry out their assigned tasks independently.
• Guarantee that all staff adhere to established quality standards.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a comparable mix of formal education and professional experience.
• At least five years of recent relevant experience; six years is preferred.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience.
• Proven people leadership capabilities are necessary.
• Must be able to secure and maintain a public trust clearance.
