This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Develop agendas and create as well as sustain comprehensive project budgets and timelines for each project and its phases.
• Keep the building management informed about the progress of projects.
• Prepare and organize project reports and drawing evaluations for clients, property/facility management, and project teams throughout the conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Assist in selecting, contracting, and supervising consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; consult with clients and property management about costs and their implications.
• Provide marketing services to clients upon request.
• Follow corporate, building, client, government, building code, and safety policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit objectives.
• Report significant issues, findings, outcomes, and recommendations to the immediate supervisor.
• Advise management and seek approvals for organizational modifications, additional commitments, and expenses that exceed approved budgets.
• Maintain high standards of qualitative and quantitative work.
• Pursue continuous improvement of skills and stay current with field knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of directly relevant experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing team members.
• Experience in MEP design engineering management.
• Strong client focus.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
