Senior Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate professional peer-to-peer connections with National, Regional, and Local key opinion leaders.

• Coordinate and implement field activities that align with the Medical Affairs Strategic plan.

• Recognize and relay research gaps, opportunities, and pertinent field intelligence to guide medical strategy.

• Boost recruitment efforts and improve subject retention at designated clinical trial sites.

• Utilize expertise to enhance and expand knowledge among both internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in medical/scientific conferences to represent Medical Affairs with KOLs and other healthcare professionals.

• Effectively facilitate the submission of Medical Education grants and Investigator-Initiated Research.

• Assist cross-functional colleagues with relevant tasks.

• Engage actively in pertinent team meetings, organizational activities, and HQ-driven medical affairs and clinical research initiatives.

• Maintain a deep understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations and implement them appropriately.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals related to prostate cancer is a plus.

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant policies governing the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Expertise in interpreting scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A proven history of achieving results that meet or surpass targeted objectives.

• Demonstrated capability to foster productive collaborations with medical experts.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong skills in multitasking, time management, organization, interpersonal relations, business acumen, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

• Detailed understanding of regulations and practices governing industry interactions with healthcare professionals.

• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to swiftly grasp complex disease areas, treatments, and clinical development strategies.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
