Senior Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver national and regional scientific leadership through the execution of impactful initiatives.

• Exhibit expert-level planning for both regional and national territories.

• Function as a senior scientific expert and provide mentorship.

• Lead or co-lead significant Medical Affairs projects.

• Offer strategic medical leadership at scientific conferences.

• Serve as a subject matter expert with extensive scientific expertise.

• Support and guide ADC Fellows.

• Build and sustain influential scientific relationships.

• Create and implement a comprehensive and compliant territory engagement strategy.

• Facilitate high-level scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree is required: PhD, DNP, MD/DO, PharmD, or DMSc.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech sectors.

• Proven ability to lead and sway diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic planning proficiency.

• Skill in converting complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights.

• Dedication to compliance, scientific integrity, documentation excellence, and maintaining scientific credibility.
