Senior Medical Information Associate, Italian Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver approved responses to medical inquiries from external clients (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical stakeholders) including call handling in both Italian and English.

• Precisely identify, document, and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy and other specific situations, as well as product quality complaints within the designated timeframes.

• Ensure that all medical information inquiries are logged and comprehensively documented in the Medical Information database with accuracy.

• Engage in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted for a 24/7 inquiry handling service.

• Provide management with consistent updates regarding project status and metrics related to inquiries.

• Background in life sciences or biomedical fields – healthcare-related degree (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

• Comfortable handling inquiries via phone.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
