This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Campaign Activation and Optimization.

• Strategize for media designated to our health screening initiatives and clinical studies utilizing traditional/localized media while managing vendor relationships.

• Discover new growth avenues and implement testing.

• Continuously conduct A/B testing of creative across all platforms.

• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and Content Development teams to share performance insights and enhance campaigns consistently.

• Engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration.

• Partner with operational, clinical, and other teams to devise advertising campaigns and gather participant feedback insights.

• Focus on Data-Driven Growth & Reporting.

• Oversee reports and dashboards to monitor creative and audience performance over time.

• Formulate strategies aimed at conversion, while also enhancing top and mid-funnel campaigns to boost awareness and education.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, and operations) to implement data-driven marketing solutions.

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage local listings through a listing management tool.

• Undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

• Support public relations and communications efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience (preferably in healthcare, focusing on traditional or localized marketing).

• Ability to proactively define and propose strategies to senior leadership.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with A/B testing.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Strong project management skills, including resource planning, deadline management, and delivering recommendations.

• Proficient with numbers, capable of calculating campaign performance and drawing conclusions.
