This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• We are looking for a seasoned Senior Media Buyer to become part of an Australian marketing agency that manages 15-20 lead generation clients, primarily in the property and related service sectors.
• This position emphasizes the management of daily Meta ads operations across the entire client portfolio: launching campaigns, scaling successful ads, discontinuing underperformers, optimizing for CPL, and providing weekly performance reports to clients.
• You will collaborate with a content and video team responsible for copy, scripts, and editing, while you spearhead media buying execution, creative strategy, and the production of static ads in Canva.
• The agency supplies briefs, dashboards, and complete account access; you contribute technical expertise, diagnostic reasoning, and creative intuition to transform ad spend into qualified leads at the target CPL.
• By the conclusion of week three, you will manage the full range of 15-20 accounts independently. By the second month, you will consistently meet CPL targets and generate reports that clients find genuinely valuable.
• This position is ideal for media buyers who strategically consider where to invest their time, take genuine ownership of account performance, and seek the stability of a full-time role with a clear trajectory toward leading the media department as the agency grows.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with strong, proactive communication abilities.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads for lead generation businesses (not solely e-commerce).
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, encompassing pixel setup, conversions API, attribution, custom audiences, and lookalikes.
• Experience in property or service-based lead generation is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining CPL targets across various accounts.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning skills: the ability to discern why one campaign succeeds while another fails, and prioritize high-impact tasks each day.
• Confidence in producing static ads using Canva and briefing creative concepts to the content team.
• Understanding of how creative elements relate to landing pages and overall funnel performance.
• Comfortable creating weekly Loom walkthroughs that narrate the story of an account, rather than merely reciting numbers.
• Capability to manage account documentation, dashboards, and reporting workflows independently.
• Availability for full-time hours Monday to Friday, including some overlap with Melbourne business hours.
• Responsiveness on Slack during working hours and active involvement in daily stand-ups and Friday team debriefs.
• A fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet workspace; a good quality microphone or headset.
• $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated quality of output.
• Compensation reviewed after 90 days based on CPL performance, quality of reporting, account ownership, and client feedback.
• Top-tier compensation ($3,000) reserved for senior operators who consistently meet CPL targets across the entire portfolio with minimal oversight and outstanding client communication.
