This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the performance of Meta ads across approximately 10 active client accounts.
• Develop, test, and refine complex lead generation funnels, video sales letters (VSLs), and systems for booking calls.
• Directly manage client relationships by leading weekly strategy sessions and clearly reporting performance metrics.
• Oversee budgets, pacing, and delivery to guarantee optimal funnel economics and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with the founder to create compelling ad creatives, hooks, and messaging strategies.
• Systematize and document internal processes to streamline the onboarding of junior support staff.
• Proactively identify and address performance issues before they are highlighted by leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad expenditures across various accounts.
• Extensive experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor sectors.
• Expertise in high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and optimizing lead quality.
• Experienced in mentoring junior media buyers or evaluating account work.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to independently lead client calls without requiring guidance.
• A systematic approach to testing (avoiding ad-hoc experimentation).
