This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality static graphics and video content for paid advertising and organic social media platforms.

• Produce creative assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and various digital marketing initiatives.

• Assess and improve website visuals and ongoing marketing materials.

• Develop presentations, sales support materials, and other marketing resources to assist the B2B sales team.

• Offer guidance on creative direction, branding, photography, and video production.

• Initiate, track, and enhance advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Regularly experiment with new creative ideas to boost campaign effectiveness.

• Refine product listings across various digital sales platforms.

• Evaluate advertising settings, audience segmentation, budgets, and overall campaign results.

• Work closely with internal team members to set weekly advertising priorities, budgets, and performance objectives.

• Analyze campaign outcomes and suggest enhancements based on performance metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

• Practical experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

• Proficient graphic design skills with the capability to produce both static and video content.

• Familiarity with optimizing digital marketing campaigns using performance analytics.

• Ability to balance creative tasks with analytical decision-making.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative remote setting.

• Experience with consumer brands, e-commerce businesses, or CPG products.

• A solid understanding of performance marketing concepts.

• Experience in creating assets that yield measurable outcomes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable collaborating in small teams within a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of best practices in digital advertising and creative testing methodologies.
