This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement campaigns and initiatives aimed at current customers to enhance awareness of additional products, tiers, and features.
• Identify accounts poised for upselling or cross-selling based on their journey stage.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert product capability messaging into customer-relevant value propositions and manage campaign performance metrics.
• Work alongside the Webinars & Virtual Events Lead to develop programming for specific customer segments.
• Design lifecycle initiatives that emphasize customer value prior to renewal periods, incorporating digital, in-product, and email interactions.
• Partner with Customer Success to create playbooks that merge CS outreach with marketing-generated content and campaigns.
• Establish a collective calendar of CS and Marketing interactions synchronized with the customer lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on customer marketing performance, including influenced pipeline, renewal rates, net revenue retention (NRR), and engagement metrics.
• Ensure accurate attribution in Salesforce and marketing automation tools to reflect customer campaign contributions appropriately.
• Provide data-driven insights during weekly and monthly reporting sessions with Demand Generation leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to conceive and implement multi-channel campaigns aimed at existing customers.
• Experience collaborating directly with Customer Success or Account Management teams.
• Familiarity with marketing and CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Pendo).
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating complex product value into clear and persuasive customer messaging.
• Proficient with data: able to generate reports, interpret pipeline metrics, and articulate campaign performance fluently.
• Background in marketing within the cybersecurity sector.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
• Experience supporting renewal or expansion efforts in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid Go-To-Market (GTM) model.
• Familiarity with net revenue retention (NRR) and gross revenue retention (GRR) frameworks and understanding of how marketing impacts post-sale revenue.
