Junior Marketing and Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and distribute marketing emails (basic HTML editing is necessary).

• Produce print materials and various branded assets.

• Work in collaboration with a large, dynamic team to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

• Identify and resolve creative challenges while adhering to project objectives and deadlines.

• Design social media graphics and digital assets.

• Support brand consistency across different channels.

• Partner with the marketing team on various ongoing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in email marketing is preferred.

• Familiarity with basic HTML.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

• Ability to manage tasks in an organized fashion and adapt to new processes and skills.

• Competent in working independently while handling multiple responsibilities.

• Effective in collaborating within a professional environment.

• Proven design skills through education, training, or professional experience.

• Proficient in Adobe Suite (particularly Illustrator & Photoshop).
