This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for client advisory, procurement, billing, and controlling regarding all master data-related issues.
• You convert client agreements and information from client advisory into accurate configurations within DML and Maconomy, as well as vendor records in SAP/Ariba.
• You oversee the maintenance and management of essential master data in our media operations system, DML.
• You proactively enhance master data processes by establishing clear guidelines, uniform standards, and minimizing complexity.
• You identify opportunities for automation and play a role in their execution.
• You provide training to internal users and assist in fostering key-user expertise within the teams.
• You assist finance processes and help support data-driven management across the group.
• You possess a completed commercial vocational qualification or a university degree.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong understanding of the media industry, with familiarity in media planning, buying, and billing.
• You have experience with media operations systems, preferably DML.
• You work in a methodical and precise manner, maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• You can effectively translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical configurations.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with various stakeholders, including client advisory, procurement, billing, and controlling.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German is required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Maconomy), basic accounting principles, and good English language skills are advantageous.
