Senior Marketing Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the client's data analytics team to establish analytics requirements and draft technical specifications for web and app engineering teams.

• Convert analytics requirements into technical specifications and verify the accuracy of shipped implementations.

• Take ownership of the solution design reference and related documentation.

• Create and adjust CJA connections and data views, managing an estate of approximately 13.

• Develop new data views for email and push performance reporting.

• Integrate additional data sources into CJA, including data from digital experience monitoring.

• Provide guidance to analytics and business teams on segments, events, and variables for utilization.

• Establish weekly reconciliation of CJA with back-end order data, define anomaly thresholds, and delegate execution to the QA engineer.

• Manage the setup of Adobe Target tests, including audiences, splits, and A4T reporting.

• Highlight new platform features to the client's analytics and CRM teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience serving as a Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expert, connecting data analytics with web/app engineering teams.

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Target for test setup, audience segmentation, splits, and A4T reporting.

• Strong capability to compose clear and actionable technical specifications derived from analytics requirements.

• Expertise in owning and sustaining solution design references and data views.

• Background in onboarding new data sources and outlining reconciliation processes against back-end data.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Profound understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Experience working with QA teams for tracking data anomalies (desired).

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (desired).

• Proficient oral communication skills in English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
