This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the main SFMC Administrator for all business units.
• Handle user accounts, permissions based on roles, and security configurations.
• Manage configurations across multiple Business Units and ensure the overall health of the platform.
• Create, develop, and enhance intricate Journey Builder flows, Automation Studio workflows, and triggered sends.
• Take charge of troubleshooting data integrations between SFMC, Salesforce CRM, and upstream data systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Supervise the SFMC data model, which includes Data Extensions, SQL query activities, and relationships within Contact Builder.
• Maintain strict data hygiene, suppression governance, and precise targeting for all global communications.
• Direct the Content Builder strategy, offering advanced support for AMPscript-driven personalization and dynamic email design systems.
• Guide junior administrators and share best practices for platform usage.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess new capabilities and create Proof of Concepts.
• 10–15 years of experience in Marketing Automation/Operations.
• A minimum of 5 years specifically in administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud at an enterprise level.
• Professional-level proficiency in English is essential for global collaboration and technical documentation.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
