• In the role of Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager (all genders), you will play a pivotal part within our CRM & Retention Team.
• You will merge strategic insight with commercial acumen, ensuring our campaigns are meticulously planned and quantifiably successful.
• You will create a cohesive campaign strategy that aligns with our business objectives, translating these into a clearly prioritized marketing calendar while ensuring all actions are consistently aligned with revenue growth.
• You will holistically plan and manage commercial campaigns and events, ensuring early coordination among all teams involved, and prioritize key initiatives across the organization.
• You will set clear goals, KPIs, and budgets for each campaign, taking ownership of operational management across all involved functions, while ensuring clear task assignments and responsibilities.
• You will proactively identify risks early and develop countermeasures to mitigate challenges stemming from market fluctuations, internal dependencies, or operational obstacles.
• You will assess campaign results in relation to established KPIs, conduct structured post-mortem analyses, and formulate best practices and playbooks for recurring campaign formats and seasonal sales events.
• You will consistently analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor actions, leveraging these insights to uncover new growth opportunities and refine our strategy.
• You possess strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• You have several years of experience in strategic marketing planning and project management, preferably within a DTC or e-commerce setting.
• You can showcase a successful track record in developing and managing campaigns that directly influenced revenue and performance.
• You have a thorough understanding of CRM and retention strategies, along with experience in developing and optimizing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
• You approach challenges with a commercial mindset, prioritize based on impact, and understand which factors truly drive growth.
• You demonstrate a structured, analytical, and decisive working style, balanced with a pragmatic approach to execution.
• You have excellent communication skills and are capable of leading, challenging, and aligning diverse stakeholders towards common objectives.
