• Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to create comprehensive marketing strategies and execution roadmaps for priority transformational initiatives within Retail and Wealth Marketing.
• Convert business objectives into actionable strategic plans with clearly defined success metrics and implementation pathways.
• Develop strong business cases, investment proposals, financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario planning frameworks to facilitate strategic decision-making and organizational investments.
• Work alongside business, analytics, and finance teams to establish KPIs, success metrics, and performance tracking methods that allow for data-driven assessment of marketing effectiveness.
• Perform market, competitive, and customer landscape analyses to uncover strategic opportunities, guide positioning, and enhance the retail marketing value proposition.
• Create executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and decision-support materials that distill complex findings into clear, persuasive recommendations.
• Assist in the comprehensive management of large-scale strategic initiatives, including problem framing, hypothesis development, strategic planning, and execution alignment.
• Foster stakeholder alignment and ensure strategic continuity across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
• Senior-level strategic marketing experience with a proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executive marketing leadership in large, matrixed organizations.
• Established track record of shaping and executing large-scale, transformative marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including hands-on experience in building business cases, investment models, ROI frameworks, and conducting strategic analyses.
• Capability to effectively collaborate with analytics and finance teams to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
• Outstanding executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated skill in synthesizing complex and ambiguous information into clear strategic recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
