Senior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns from initial brief to lead generation.

• Advocate for brand guidelines.

• Execute advanced design assignments.

• Develop templates for development teams in accordance with brand guidelines and UX/UI principles.

• Create and validate content for both internal and external communications.

• Perform basic market and competitor analysis.

• Obtain quotes for branded materials.

• Support the Marketing team with administrative responsibilities.

• Organize and prepare collateral for event coordination.

• Develop product sheets and conduct related research.

• Create and distribute email campaigns using Eloqua.

• Manage the marketing database on SharePoints, coordinating with data administrators, sales, and other team members to ensure accuracy.

• Generate website content.

• Assist with social media initiatives and manage digital SEM campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Marketing departments.

• Proficient in creating content in both Native Turkish and English.

• More than 3 years of experience leading and collaborating on Marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe, Photoshop, and Video/Web UX/UI software.

• Experience in editing PowerPoint presentations.

• Knowledge of CMS tools, such as WordPress.

• Understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce.

• Experience with marketing automation platforms including ORACLE and Eloqua.
