Senior Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth ambitions.

• Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that effectively meet user requirements and fulfill marketing objectives.

• Partner with product teams to gain an in-depth understanding of product features and capabilities, translating these into clear and compelling messaging tailored for various customer segments.

• Work alongside content, demand generation, and product teams to create assets such as one-pagers, website content, email campaigns, and case studies.

• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the punctual execution of launch activities (e.g., content generation, public relations outreach, influencer marketing, email campaigns).

• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the crypto and Web3 community to promote products, enhance brand visibility, and connect with users.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM success and continuously adjust strategies based on performance insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product marketing experience in technology firms, with at least 2 years focused on the crypto/Web3 or blockchain sectors.

• A proven history of successfully launching products and driving user adoption through effective marketing initiatives.

• An in-depth understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the overall Web3 landscape, along with experience in competitive analysis, market research, and the development of GTM strategies.

• Ability to function effectively in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team. Must be comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can change rapidly, and speed is essential.

• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, combining both technical knowledge and creative skills.
