This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Oversee comprehensive project and program management for integrated marketing campaigns, which involve complex and multifaceted workstreams.
• Maintain the capability to assist with the intake, triage, prioritization, and scoping of new project requests, collaborating with Marketing leadership to evaluate feasibility, pinpoint opportunities to utilize existing assets, and ensure alignment with business priorities and resource availability.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder discussions and decisions regarding prioritization.
• Utilize Asana to oversee scope, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs across various teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and launch criteria.
• Act as a primary point of contact and a trusted partner across Creative, Growth, Partner Marketing, Product, Client Success, and other relevant functions.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, resource limitations, and process gaps, and implement resolution strategies before issues escalate.
• Develop and maintain project and program documentation that enhances visibility, consistency, and execution quality within the PM function.
• Suggest and assist in the implementation of enhancements to intake processes, routing, workflow design, templates, and other operational standards based on observed patterns during execution.
• Facilitate the adoption of scalable systems and work methodologies across Consumer Marketing, including ongoing process evolution and change management initiatives.
• Employ AI tools to boost efficiency in planning, documentation, synthesis, and workflow execution while upholding high standards of judgment and quality.
• 5-8 years of experience in project, program, or PMO management, as well as marketing operations—preferably in creative operations or closely related fields.
• Proven experience independently leading intricate, cross-functional projects and programs from initiation to delivery.
• In-depth understanding of creative and marketing workflows, including planning, reviews, production, and launch coordination.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions (e.g., channel, strategy, brand).
• Proficiency in Asana or comparable project management software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination frameworks.
• Experience in supporting marketing campaign structures and asset roadmaps.
• Background in creating scalable documentation, templates, playbooks, or workflow enhancements that foster team consistency and operational maturity.
• Established experience utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency in project planning, documentation, workflow design, or operational analysis.
• Comfort in working within organizations experiencing workflow or tooling transitions.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or other highly regulated sectors is a plus (not mandatory).
• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is preferred but not required.
