This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, test, and launch email, webinar, and event campaigns utilizing Customer.io.
• Create and code emails using HTML and Liquid programming language.
• Ensure the marketing data in Salesforce and Customer.io is accurate and well-maintained.
• Oversee lead capture processes, enrichment workflows, and routing through Clay and Cargo.
• Manage, enhance, and resolve issues related to Customer.io, Salesforce, Clay, Cargo, and Tray.io.
• Assist with monthly and ad hoc marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, and dashboard management.
• Document and optimize campaign operations, lead management, and attribution processes.
• Develop, manage, and enhance Tray.io automation workflows for product-led growth and sales-led strategies.
• Collaborate with growth, sales, and revenue operations teams on campaign execution, pipeline quality, and program effectiveness.
• Accurately execute campaign setup, quality assurance, and launches on schedule.
• Detect data quality and process challenges and recommend solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from initial scoping to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related area, or equivalent internship/work experience.
• Knowledgeable in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations.
• Advanced skills in Liquid coding for dynamic email content and scalable, reusable email modules.
• Practical experience with Salesforce and Customer.io or comparable marketing automation platforms.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with the ability to take initiative and achieve results independently.
• Capable of managing projects from start to finish with minimal oversight in a lite-agile setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Preferred: Background in the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with blended sales-led/product-led growth models, event operations, sales engagement tools, Tray.io, Zapier, Cursor, or AI/LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
