Senior Marketing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Marketing Engine — enhancing its intelligence.

• Act as the main HubSpot administrator, responsible for the architecture, workflows, lifecycle stages, integrations, scoring models, nurture programs, and reporting.

• Oversee and enhance integrations across the entire stack: HubSpot, SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Sequel.io (webinar platform), and SugarCRM.

• Maintain the operational flow by managing lead routing, scoring, lifecycle nurtures, and campaign execution, ensuring that the right data reaches the right individuals at the right moments consistently.

• Oversee the martech budget, manage vendor relationships, and handle renewals.

• Monitor the health of the platforms across the stack, set up alerting frameworks, and proactively address system issues before they affect the pipeline or campaigns.

• Maintain platform documentation, enablement processes, change management procedures, and release management schedules for all administered systems.

• Ensure that all inbound and outbound demand is accurately captured, qualified, and routed with defined SLA accountability, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for leads slipping through the cracks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.

• Extensive HubSpot administration expertise — including complex workflows, API integrations, lifecycle architecture, scoring models, and reporting.

• Demonstrated experience with Sales Engagement platforms (SalesLoft preferred; Outreach accepted) and CRM systems (Salesforce experience accepted; SugarCRM is a plus).

• Practical experience with ABM and intent platforms, with a strong preference for 6sense.

• Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo or their equivalents.

• Experience with webinar/virtual event platforms that integrate into marketing workflows (such as Sequel.io, ON24, Zoom Webinars, or similar).
