📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the MarTech stack from start to finish: HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, ABM and intent platforms, advertising platforms, webinar tools, and the integrations that connect them.

• Manage the operational aspects of the client's website: CMS administration, integrations, technical implementation of conversion paths, forms, tracking, and tag management.

• Oversee data governance: ensuring contact database integrity, deduplication, enrichment, list management, and compliance with consent policies.

• Develop and continually enhance campaign infrastructure, workflows, lead scoring, routing, and comprehensive attribution reporting.

• Handle marketing reporting and dashboards within HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools, focusing on metrics that demonstrate pipeline contribution and conversion improvements.

• Leverage AI to speed up execution, automate repetitive workflows, generate insights more quickly, and consistently elevate the performance of a lean team.

• Act as the internal subject matter expert across the entire MarTech stack, managing integrations, tool evaluations, vendor relationships, and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with RevOps on shared data, attribution, routing, scoring, and service level agreements (SLAs).


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in marketing operations or a role with a strong operational focus in B2B SaaS digital marketing.

• Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce; relevant certifications are highly desirable.

• Technical ownership experience with WordPress.

• Possess an AI-native mindset with proven experience using AI tools to automate workflows, enhance execution speed, and boost operational efficiency; familiarity with Claude Code is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field.

• Experience in high-growth companies where processes and structures are still being developed.

• HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred; additional MarTech certifications are a bonus!
