Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline processes within HubSpot CRM.

• Create and sustain automations and integrations utilizing tools such as Make, Zapier, and various CRM functionalities.

• Track key performance indicators throughout the marketing and sales funnel and develop dashboards.

• Maintain and refine communication workflows for consultation scheduling and onboarding processes.

• Develop and manage contact segmentation frameworks to facilitate targeted email marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure systems are aligned with overarching company processes.

• Document system architecture, automation workflows, and standard operating procedures.

• Identify and explore opportunities for integrating AI tools into marketing and sales workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• HubSpot certification with proven experience in managing CRM workflows and pipelines.

• Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with integrating AI tools into business processes and experience with large language models like Gemini and Claude.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

• Experience in constructing workflows and operational systems.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Background in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations is preferred.

• Experience in designing dashboards and performance reporting systems is preferred.

• Background in supporting operational systems within scaling organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.
